These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NOIR SOCIETY® website at thenoirsociety.co.uk (the "Site") and any orders you place with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

NOIR SOCIETY® is a UK-based premium streetwear brand operating from London, United Kingdom.

thenoirsociety.co.uk is the only official NOIR SOCIETY® website. We are not affiliated with any other domain, reseller or third-party site (including any variation of our name on a different domain extension). We are not responsible for goods, communications or activity from any other site claiming to be NOIR SOCIETY®. Always check the URL is exactly thenoirsociety.co.uk before ordering.

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it (including attempts to compromise security, scrape content, or interfere with other users).

All orders are an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we email you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms — and will refund any payment already taken.

Prices are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout; we accept major cards and express payment methods where available. Payment is taken at the point of order. We do not see or store your full card details.

International customers may be liable for import duties, taxes and customs handling in their delivery country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery options, costs and estimated arrival times are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and the fulfilment service available. All orders are tracked. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Full detail on our shipping page.

Customers may request a return within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging. Buyer covers return postage. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt to the original payment method. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full detail on our returns page.

All content on the Site — including the NOIR SOCIETY® name, logo, graphics, product photography, editorial copy and design — is the property of NOIR SOCIETY® or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trade-mark law. You may not reproduce, copy, resell or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOIR SOCIETY® is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time by revising this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date. Please review these Terms periodically.
