Yes. thenoirsociety.co.uk is the only official NOIR SOCIETY® website and the only place we sell direct to customers. We are not affiliated with any other domain, reseller or third-party site (including any variation of the name on a different domain extension). If you're unsure whether a page is genuine, always check the URL is exactly thenoirsociety.co.uk before ordering.
Is it safe to order from your site?
Yes. Checkout is handled through Shopify over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We never see or store your full card details. All prices are shown in GBP, inclusive of UK VAT where applicable, and every order is confirmed by email with a tracked dispatch notification.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide. Delivery options, costs and estimated arrival times are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and the fulfilment service available. All orders are tracked. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any local import duties and taxes.
What is your returns policy?
Customers may request a return within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging. Buyer covers return postage — we recommend a tracked service. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt to the original payment method. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
What sizes do you offer? Do pieces run true to size?
Adult sizes run XS–XXL. Kids sizes run 3–4Y to 13Y. Most silhouettes are designed with an oversized, relaxed fit — a detailed size guide with body and garment measurements is available on every product page. If you're between sizes, size down for a closer fit or stay true for the intended drape.
How do I contact customer support?

Which payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and express payment methods where available — all processed securely through Shopify checkout.
Are your collections limited?
Yes. Every drop is produced in small, controlled quantities. Once a release sells out it's rarely restocked. Join the mailing list or follow @thenoirsocietyuk for early access to future drops.
Where are your pieces made?
Designed in London. Cut and manufactured with trusted partner factories in heavyweight combed cotton and premium fabrics, finished by hand where the detail calls for it.
