All orders are dispatched from London and shipped fully tracked. Estimated delivery windows by destination are shown below — exact rates and options are confirmed at checkout based on your address.

Working days are Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed before 2pm London time ship the same day. Any local import duties or taxes for international destinations are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging. Full detail on our returns page.

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout over an encrypted connection. We accept major cards and express payment methods where available. We never see or store your full card details.
